This innovative style of yoga is conducted in both Japanese and English, allowing you to move your body while naturally immersing yourself in the English language.

In a Bilingual Yoga class, the instructor gives instructions in both Japanese and English. For example:

「深く息を吸って、胸を開きましょう。」“Take a deep breath and open your chest.”

By alternating between Japanese and English, you can naturally absorb the language while enjoying your yoga practice.
