career
  • 2001-2005 Worked as a veterinarian at a small animal hospital. I left my job due to pregnancy. During pregnancy, I was at risk of premature labor and was hospitalized for a long time. My outlook on life changed.

  • 2006: My daughter was born safely. I started looking for work that I could do from home while I was pregnant, giving birth and raising my child.

  • 2010-2014 Started working as a translator, mainly for veterinary medicine. Spending my days facing a computer, I suffered from stiff shoulders, stiff neck, headaches, back pain, knee pain, and irritability. It was around this time that I started yoga, which I had been interested in for a while. I got hooked and changed jobs.

  • 2014-2019: Yoga classes held in the local area.

  • 2015 Started activities at sports club.

  • From 2017 to present, I work as a yoga instructor, balance coordinator, MOSSA Group Centergy instructor, and a personal trainer specializing in improving function (specializing in shoulder pain, hunchback, rounded shoulders, and posture improvement) and flexibility at sports club locations and online.

I've been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for 9 years now. I practice it little by little every day. I love self-exploration.
